BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Meeting agenda will be posted approximately two days before the meeting. All members are invited to attend. Members wishing to make comments (3-minute time limit per member) must notify the Board President prior to the meeting via email to yucaipapickleball@gmail.com

2026 Board Meetings are scheduled for the SECOND THURSDAY of each month, starting at 1 pm at The Oak House Restaurant in Yucaipa, unless otherwise stated.

IV.  APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES– Review/approve minutes of Board of Directors Meeting held on November 13, 2025.

V. TREASURER’S REPORT –  Review and approve Treasurer’s Report for December

Will have for meeting   Balance Sheet as of December 31, 2025   Profit and Loss

VI. GENERAL COURT UPDATES / USAGE  

  • Quarterly Court Cleaning
  • Fencing installation/ Completed
  • Water Fountain/update
  • Lighting Authorization for non club activity

VII.  ACTIVITY 2026 Discussion

  • Adult Beginner Clinic February 21st or March 21st                                                                                                      
  • Coordinators’ Meeting January 23, April 3, July 10, September18, November 20.
  • Youth Beginner Clinic (school off March 9th and 16th   I street?) Youth Tournament March 28
  • Adult Round Robin Tournament May 2nd
  • Paul Ortiz Clinic June 8th and 15th  and November 6 and 13th, 3pm to 5pm
  • Fourth of July Membership Play Gathering/ Volunteer of the Year
  •  Round Robin Youth and Adults August 15th
  • CPR and AED Training September 12th  2pm to 4pm  Pickleball Play with Fire Fighters. AED First Aid notices
  • October 24-25, 2026 Pickleboo
  • Christmas Party December 5th 8:30 to 1:30 p.m.-Photo Booth
